Replacements are processed within 7 to 14 days after receiving the product.

You may return merchandise purchased from us within 14 days for a refund or a replacement, provided that the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed.

If an item you received is defective, we will certainly replace the item with a new one if we have in stock, however we don’t reimburse the shipping cost for returning defective merchandise back to us. Return shipping cost ( the cost to send an item back to us) is similar to your cost of driving back to any store for returning an item, which is not reimbursable. We will ship the replacement product to you at our cost. The replacement will be shipped within four business days following our receipt of your return. Please allow additional processing time after Holidays. We try our level best to ship a replacement as quick as possible but we do not send replacements before we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.

We do not ship to Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, Africa, Asia, Central America and Caribbean, Europe, Middle East, North America, Oceania, Southeast Asia, South America.

You should receive your order within 5 to 7 days from shipping date. We usually ship within 4-5 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please note that weekends & holidays are not business days and we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order is made on Friday it will ship out on Monday, holidays excluded. Transit time varies and depends on the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO.
Shipping cost is vary from product to product. Some products has free shipping and some products has calculated shipping based on the product weight, dimensions and locations.

Currently we do shipping within the United States only.
